Alexis Fleming

Alexis Fleming is a Manager of Portfolio Operations and Administration at Northpond Ventures. Alexis supports the firm’s investment and operations teams with a focus on providing actionable, data-driven investment insights. Previously, Alexis worked at Carnegie Institution for Science as the Building Operations & Special Events Manager, where her work included overseeing a renovation of the historical building and growing rental revenue to support the Institution. Prior to the Institution, Alexis worked in advertising at Science Magazine (AAAS). She earned a B.A. in Art History and Italian, with a concentration in corporate communications, from James Madison University.
