Michelle is a Senior Executive Assistant at Northpond Ventures. She supports leadership and operations in Northpond’s Bethesda office. Michelle builds on 14 years’ experience as an executive assistant to business leaders in wealth and asset management, private equity, consulting and real estate development. Michelle earned a B.A. in strategic communications from Elon University.
