Toni Paniagua

Toni Paniagua is a Senior Executive Assistant at Northpond Ventures. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to the co-founder and CEO of a Maryland-based commercial real estate investment firm. Toni has also supported C-suite executives in the financial services, aerospace, and consulting industries. She earned an M.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a double B.A. in Italian Language and Literature, and European Studies from the University of Washington.
